Bio Based Industry (BIC) es una JTI (Joint Technologies Initiatives) donde la UVa participa como Miembro Asociado y aquellos investigadores que esteís preparando un proyecto europeo que encaje con las líneas estratégicas de esta JTI, el próximo día 5 de febrero en Bruselas hay una primera reunión con todos los socios para preparar los primeros proyectos de las convocatorias europeas e ir conociendo a los futuros socios.
El plazo de inscripción está abierto hasta el día 21 de enero.

Who
This meeting is for BIC members and Associate members only.
Objective
To prepare for the first call for proposals, this is an opportunity for all members to get to know each other and identify potential partners.

Draft Work Programme
You will find attached the latest version of the work programme that provides you with insights into the topics. It should allow you to prepare effectively for this meeting.
N.B. This is not the final version and it remains an INTERNAL DOCUMENT. Please DO NOT share externally.
Draft Agenda and preparations
See enclosed the draft Agenda with the timing of the day. In 4 series of parallel meetings all topics of the work programme will be covered. The planning of the topics over the parallel sessions will be done based on the topic interest indicated in the registrations.
Banners:
Each of the organisations participating the meeting is invited to take a ‘roll-up banner’ presenting their organisation and their main ambitions and interest in the 2014 work programme.
Company profiles:
In preparation for the meeting the company profiles of all members (Full and Associate) will become available in the members area of our (renewed!) website (www.biconsortium.eu).
Pitches
In each of the parallel sessions intend to organise (short!) pitches in each of the parallel topic sessions. In January we will supply all registered organisations with the format for the 1-slide supporting the pitches.
